A method that was created based on physiotherapy rehab movements and muscle isolation techniques. This class is suitable for all levels. The goal of this class is to burn and shake! You will leave this class feeling a full body workout. You will enjoy an upbeat, fun playlist at your Multi Barre Class.
Contrary to popular belief, the word "vinyasa" means "to place in a special order" (it does not mean a series of postures). Our vinyasa classes consist of flowing postures, with focus on alignment and safety.
Get powerful and get strong with a one-hour workout based yoga class! Be prepared to sweat, stretch and strengthen. Class ends with a 10 minute guided meditation.
