Please do not attend the studio if you are feeling physically un-well.  For safety and comfort, class sizes are limited.  Our studio is disinfected after each class, including door handles, props and floor.

Available for 60, 75 or 90 minutes

1 - 3 people $150 per hour

4+ add $20 per person per hour

SUP Yoga or Meditation $80 2 hour
