Flights and airport transfers are not included. However, we're happy to help coordinate transportation with our trusted local driver. Playa Negra is approximately 1.5 hours from the airport. A private one-way transfer is typically $120–$130 USD, depending on your arrival or departure time. Whenever possible, we will group students arriving and departing around the same time so you can share the ride and split the transportation cost. We'll do our best to make your journey to and from Playa Negra as smooth, convenient, and affordable as possible.

Meet Your Lead Trainer:Hali Love
Hali Love brings over 30 years of experience in the yoga and wellness industry. She has owned and successfully sold three yoga studios and has created and developed thriving wellness brands and educational programs, including The Multi Barre Method™, Prana Pilates™, and her signature trauma-aware vinyasa methodology, Flow 44™. Her teaching is rooted in both lived experience and decades of dedicated study, blending intuitive guidance with practical, evidence-informed application.
Hali first began studying sound healing between 2006 and 2009 under the mentorship of the owner of the Tibetan Trom in Calgary, Alberta, where she developed a deep appreciation for the therapeutic use of singing bowls and vibrational healing. In 2007, she graduated from the Olivera College of Ayurveda in Toronto, Canada, earning her Ayurvedic Spa Specialist Certificate. She continued her dedicated study of Ayurveda for several years before expanding her education into Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2010, a discipline she continues to study today. Hali also maintains ongoing mentorship with Dr. Eric Cochan in San José, Costa Rica, further deepening her understanding of traditional Ayurvedic philosophy and its practical application in modern wellness.
With a background in Subconscious Restructuring Counselling and more than 10,000 hours of formal yoga training, Hali is known for helping yoga teachers and wellness professionals discover their authentic voice, teach with confidence, and build meaningful, sustainable careers. Her approach integrates yoga philosophy, Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, sound healing, marma therapy, embodiment practices, and modern personal development to create educational experiences that are both deeply transformational and immediately applicable in professional practice.

The Physics & History of Quartz
Students explore how crystal singing bowls emerged from late-20th-century semiconductor manufacturing technology to become tools for modern sound therapy. The lessons cover the physical properties of 99.99% pure silica quartz and explain how its unique molecular structure generates highly stable, coherent sine waves.
Ayurvedic Foundations & History
This module introduces the 5,000-year history and philosophy of Ayurveda, "The Science of Life," originating from the Vedic texts of ancient India. Students learn about the five elements, the concept of the three Doshas (Vata, Pitta, Kapha), and how to utilize professional intake and assessment forms to determine a client's unique energetic constitution.
The Biological Science of Sound
This section covers the clinical mechanics of sound healing, highlighting how acoustic waves interact with human physiology. Students examine the processes of brainwave entrainment, tissue vibration, and vagal nerve stimulation to understand how pure tones shift the nervous system into a deep parasympathetic state.
Instrument Mastery & Play Techniques
This module focuses on practical, hands-on control and instrument safety to avoid disruptive auditory shocks. Students practice precise wand angles for striking, learn to manage friction for smooth rim-singing, and master volume control and binaural beat creation.
The Diatonic Scale & Western Mapping
This topic teaches the layout of the seven-note Western musical scale and its connection to the human body's primary energy centers. Practitioners learn how specific frequencies correspond to different endocrine organs, nervous system plexuses, and psychological states.
The Ayurvedic Intersection
This core module bridges traditional Indian medicine with crystal sound healing to customize wellness sessions. Students learn to use specific musical notes and playing styles to balance the unique elemental profiles of the Vata, Pitta, and Kapha doshas.
Therapeutic Layouts & Consultations

One-On-One Ayurvedic Wellness Consultations
Learn how to confidently conduct personalized Basic Ayurveda Yoga Wellness Consultations, giving you the skills to offer an additional income-generating service. Marma Therapy Training Level II

Building upon the foundations established in Level I, this immersive 30-Hour Advanced Certification is designed for practitioners ready to deepen their understanding of Ayurveda and master the complete Marma Therapy system.
