you begin to remember that what you are seeking has always been within you.” Paramahansa Yogananda

Who Is The Regulated Yoga Teacher?
The Regulated Teacher is the guide your students can trust. Rooted in integrity, awareness, and deep self-study, they teach from presence and responsibility rather than performance. They understand the impact of their words, their cues, and the space they hold.
This teacher is trauma-aware, ethically grounded, and committed to ongoing growth. They know when to lead, when to listen, and when to adapt. They create supportive environments where students feel seen, respected, and empowered to move at their own pace.
Becoming a Regulated Teacher means becoming a leader who holds space with clarity, compassion, and confidence. It is the difference between simply teaching yoga and truly facilitating transformation.

This Training Is Designed For
This 75-hour advanced training is designed for yoga teachers who are ready to refine their voice, deepen their impact, and evolve their teaching into a sustainable and meaningful career.
At the heart of this training is Trauma-Aware Teaching, supported by the signature Flow 44 Method, a structured and repeatable sequence designed to create nervous system safety, consistency, and embodied transformation that extends beyond the mat.
Lasting change does not come from intensity, but from support. When the nervous system is supported and regulated, the body and mind open to greater awareness, integration, and growth. In this state, emotions can settle, process, and return to balance, allowing transformation to unfold in a sustainable and embodied way.
From this foundation, the training expands into a rich and integrative approach to teaching.
You will explore how to skillfully weave Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, mantra, and classical philosophy into your classes in ways that are intentional, accessible, and trauma-aware, creating meaningful and lasting impact.
You will also learn how to curate supportive and responsible one-on-one, yoga-based healing sessions using our thoughtfully designed worksheets, giving you the tools to meet students with greater care, clarity, and confidence.
This training is further supported by a diverse and experienced faculty. Trauma-informed education is enriched through the work of Diva Vinciguerra, who has over 30 years of professional work supporting individuals through trauma, mental health challenges, and life transitions. She brings a grounded, compassionate, and deeply embodied approach to her work.

This is not simply a training in methodology. It is an invitation to teach from a place of integrity, awareness, and embodiment, and to build a path that reflects who you truly are.

The Integration of Astrology
You will also be introduced to the integration of astrology through Hannah Sapsis, who weaves astrological insight into yoga as a tool for self-awareness, direction, and growth. Through this lens, you will gain a deeper understanding of your patterns, strengths, and unique teaching path, supporting the evolution of your authentic voice.
Why Astrology?
Astrology is introduced as a tool for self-awareness and reflection, helping you better understand patterns, cycles, and the unique needs of your students so you can teach with greater clarity and intention.
Hannah will lead a 1-hour astrology workshop as part of the program, offering a grounded and accessible introduction to working with your chart. In addition, each participant will receive a personalized one-on-one astrology reading, designed to help align your core values, purpose, and natural strengths with the way you teach and grow your yoga career.

Advanced Yoga as a Business
The program also includes a specialized module, Advanced Yoga as a Business with Shauna Ireland, designed to support you in building a career that is not only aligned and authentic, but also sustainable.
You will learn how to translate your passion into offerings that are clear, impactful, and financially supportive.
