Our Studio

Our Shala is located in the heart of Playa Negra, Guanacaste, between Jalepenos Restaurant and Cafe Playa Negra, across from Pargos Adventures.  

We offer drop in yoga classes, meditation, chanting, meditatio, fusion, mat pilates and barre classes.  Class packages are available.  A portion of proceeds are donated each month to Fierce Calm and Hope4Street Dogs. #giveback

Our location offers a comfortable, insect free experience, with an insulated structure with AC, and an on-site washroom.  We disinfect our space before and after each class.  

Our studio is available to rent for group functions for $50 per hour.  Discounts apply for longer rentals for yoga trainings and retreats We are a community based studio and work with surrounding rental properties, hotels and restaurants.
