Welcome to PNY. We are located in the heart of the surf village of Los Pargos. We are situated between Jalepeños Restaurant and Cafe Playa Negra, offering a comfortable and clean experience that is free from insects. Our facilities include air conditioning, an on-site washroom and all the props you need for your yoga and Multi Barre classes.

Teacher Training

We have been an internationally registered yoga school since 2007. At our school, we offer training in all of the most popular styles of yoga, including vinyasa, power yoga, restorative yoga, yin yoga, and hatha yoga. We provide both 200-hour and 500-hour programs, as well as continuing education programs for certified yoga teachers. Additionally, we offer training & programs in Ayurveda and Personal Development.

Our manifesto is to provide you with a safe and supportive environment to explore your practice, connect with your inner strength, and achieve sustainable healing. We firmly believe that yoga and well-being are accessible to everyone and that sharing yoga is an opportunity to give back to the community. To support this belief, a portion of our proceeds from classes, yoga teacher training, retreats, and merchandise sales is donated to Hope 4 A Street Dog, an organization that provides care and support to street dogs in need.
