Our Studio
We are located in the heart of the surf village of Los Pargos. We are nestled between Jalepenos Restaurant and Cafe Playa Negra. We offer a clean and comfortable, insect free experience, with AC, and an on-site washroom; surrounded by local restaurants and accommodations options, only a 7 minute walk from the beach.

Manifesto
To create a safe & supportive environment for you to explore your practice, connect to your most powerful self and to release what you need in order to achieve sustainable healing.
We believe that yoga and well-being is for everyone; and that sharing yoga is an opportunity to give. A portion of our proceeds from classes, yoga teacher trainings, retreats & merchandise sales are donated for Hope For a Street Dog & Fierce Calm.
