FLAVIA

Flavia was born in Brazil.  She is fluent in Portuguese, English & Spanish, and is currently studying Italian.  In ____ she moved to Playa Negra with her Husband.  In 2015, Flavia completed her first Yoga Teacher Training with Playa Negra, and has since accumulated over1000 hours of training in Wellness Based Yoga, giving her her ERYT 500 Hour Status with the International Yoga Alliance.  In ____ Flavia began her study in Physiotherapy, and has since continued her study of the human body. Flavia is a valued member of our studio, where she teaches yoga, multi barre and pilates classes, as well as an important member of our Yoga School Faculty.  Flavia is also certified to teach Ariel Yoga & Mat Pilates.  Whatever class of Flavia's you attend, you are sure to receive a well-rounded, safe & connecting experience.   Flavia loves to boogie board and volunteer her time with Hope 4 A Street Dog, a local foundation where 100% of the proceeds are used to help dogs in our area. Flavia is a full time teacher, offering group classes and private sessions.
