Main Street

Service Description

This class is held first thing in the morning, to honor the energy of a new day. After a brief intention setting ritual, our teacher will begin their practice of a yoga sequence to a curated playlist. You can choose to follow the teacher or do your own practice. This class is held for donation. All donations go to Hope 4A Street Dog and to a local family in need.
