This ceremony blends meditation, gentle movement, breathwork, chanting, sound healing, and intention-setting rituals to help you release what no longer serves and call in clarity, renewal, and alignment. Together, we connect with community, spirit, and the cycles of nature as we embody the luminous energy of the moon.
