Service Description
In this playful four-hour experience, we'll discover what improvisation can teach us about navigating everyday life with a little more ease, courage and flow. Through games, movement and shared laughter, you'll experience the fundamental principles of improv, learning to be present, embrace the unexpected, celebrate mistakes and trust the process.
