Service Description

Join us for a 75-minute class that combines gentle movement, breathwork, and yoga nidra (sleep yoga). The class begins with gentle movement and focused breathing, followed by a 40-minute yoga nidra session incorporating deep relaxation techniques from psychotherapy and subconscious restructuring. The class will conclude the practice with a 5-minute breath exercise and guided savasana.
