CLASS STYLES
VINYASA
In our vinyasa classes you will experience dynamic movement linked with breath, to provide you with a mind body connection. Vinyasa does not mean power yoga. Our experienced teachers are trained to teach to each student in the class, therefore, these classes are suitable to all levels of experience and all body types. Your class will end with longER held stretches.
EDGU
A spinal maintancne movement class to increase circulation and increase the space between the vertebra so the discs can go back into place. Great for spinal maintenance and recovery.
VINYASA, CHILL AND CHANTING
A beautiful experience for all levels, beginning with a group mantra chanting session, followed by a strong flowing vinyasa, ending with gentle yoga..
MYSORE INSPIRED
A self guided practice where a certified teacher is always present to answer any questions. You are welcome to practice any style of yoga you wish, or follow our teacher. Flow or relax to easeful music for this 90 minute session. Savasana will be guided and will be 15 minutes long.
CHANTING & MEDITATION
Learn a Sanskrit Mantra and recite it 108 times! Followed by a short guided meditation Suitable for all levels - no experience necessary.
GENTLE YOGA
Enjoy a gentle yoga class comprised of various stretching yoga postures. These classes are very slow paced class and are suitable for all levels of experience.
POWER HOUR
A strong yoga workout, ending in a blissful savasana! Beginners are welcome, our instructors are experienced to adapt the class to all participants!
AERIAL YOGA
Experience the magic as you float in simple aerial yoga asanas during your 75 minute Aerial Yoga Class! Classes are private and small group.
SUP MEDITATON TOUR

Our Barre Classes are based on the Multi Barre methodology; which focuses on optimum postural alignment with the usage of small, safe movements geared to isolate specific muscle groups.
